Cancellation, data, exit

You can cancel monthly and yearly plans at any time for the end of the current billing period, in your account via the Stripe customer portal. Access stays active until then. Cancellation (Terms, section 7)
Before you delete your account you can download your records yourself (account → settings → Export my data). Deletion happens immediately, within 30 days at the latest; posted accounting data and finally issued invoices are kept locked for as long as the statutory retention period runs; no account has access to it any more. Quotes for wedding and event styling

Bridal styling with a trial session, make-up and hair for several people, or on-site styling at an event: such jobs need a clear quote with services, duration, and travel. You capture the discussed points as keywords and get a quote draft that you review, adjust, and send as a PDF.

Offers to companies, for example styling for a shoot or regular assignments, can be documented cleanly in the same way.

A price list for your services

In your price list you store services such as cutting, colouring, make-up, or manicure with a unit and price, and combine them per quote or invoice. There is no ready-made industry starter pack for hair and beauty; you enter your own rates once yourself.

Invoice with QR code instead of cash

For commissioned work, business customers, or larger amounts, customers often don't pay in cash. If IBAN, address, and company details are on file, OfficePilot generates a valid Swiss QR invoice. You keep an eye on open invoices; you create payment reminders with one click from the Standard plan, and you always review them before sending.

Documents in four languages

Especially in cities and tourist regions, customers don't always speak German. You can create quotes and invoices, as well as the cover email, per customer in German, French, Italian, or English.
